Spinal discomfort or aching while standing or sitting down is an everyday hassle for those who have them. This discomfort is not new to old and young people. Yes! That is right, even young people experience back discomfort and it is absolutely distressing. It hinders them from what they love due to the backaches.
Personally, I have experienced this problem first hand due to my constant bending and stooping over while at work but I was able to lessen the aching by doing proper stretching and exercise poses.
